TOULOUSE have extended the contracts of hookers Anthony Marion, and Kane Bently and halfback Stanislas Robin.

On his new deal Marion said: “To stay at the TO was logical for me, when you have the confidence of the staff and the club, it is easy to flourish on the field. I feel very good within the group, we are a big family. We all have the same goal, which is to make at least the Top 4 in order to play in Super League, but we will be expected, we will not be able to hide.”

Robin commented on his new contract: “In Toulouse, all the conditions are there to make me feel good. In this club, I found the taste of playing rugby. I am very happy to stay at the TO and we will work hard so that next year we will do better than this season by hooking the Top 4. “

Meanwhile Bently said as he put pen to paper on his contract extension: “I am happy to stay in Toulouse and participate in the development of this new team. It is good for me to have these responsibilities in this training, to supervise all the young people, and I intend to use all my experience to push them and help them to go as far as possible in this championship of France. I am satisfied with the exchanges I had with the staff and the leaders, I only want one thing now, is to start the season.”

Club president Bernard Sarrazain said: “Anthony continues to progress from season to season. His versatility has once again been very useful to us this season and we can only congratulate ourselves on keeping such a player with us. He is one of those who embody the future of TO.

“As testified by his performances and his statistics, Stan’s first year among us is a real success, with a perfect integration. It is of course a great satisfaction to keep it in the squad, because it can bring even more to the team. It is a sure bet for the future of the club.”
