HALIFAX have agreed a deal with Chadwick Lawrence Solicitors LLP to become the new shirt sponsors for next season.
Their logo will appear on the home, away and wheelchair teams shirts, the clubs CEO Mark Moore was pleased to get the deal signed off, ahead of a busy pre-season.
Director of Chadwick Lawrence Steven Bonfield said on the deal: “Chadwick Lawrence are extremely proud to be associated with Halifax RLFC in this way.
“Our firm provides legal representation for several Championship and Super League clubs but the only shirt sponsorship we do is with the Fax.
“Whilst that is partly because I am very involved with the club at a personal level, the main reason is entirely commercial.
“Halifax has such a large and loyal away following, mostly wearing replica kit, that my partners know that, week in, week out throughout the next season, supporters from Barrow to London, Toulouse to Toronto are going to see and become familiar with the name of Chadwick Lawrence.
“We have a fixed budget for marketing and need to invest it wisely to ensure that we make maximum impact.
“We can see that Fax Fans make a positive impression home and away, acting as enthusiastic ambassadors, not just for our town and our Club, but for the sponsors whose names and logos they display on the shirts they wear when supporting their team, which is why we were delighted to have been able to clinch this opportunity.”
